- I was really disappointed to find the space not the most clean, to find holes in the floor which make me doubt it is really climate controlled, and worst of all to find a support beam inside the space limiting my ability to use it. At the very least the price should be discounted for the loss of space, but a business with good customer service would have provided a different room of the same size or a slightly larger space at the same price. Instead, the manager said that while she understood it was unfair, there was nothing she could do. She even tried to move me to a different room and have me pay more money! Totally wrong. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and I certainly won't be recommending you all.
