- This is the cheapest unit I could find. It's relatively clean and move in was easy. However, the online process is really bad. I tried to create an account twice--and it never worked. I am now hearing they can't process my payment for month one even though they used the credit card fine for the initial down payment. I've tried to call, but the call won't go through. When I do talk to them they are lovely--but this has been far more complicated than it should be.

- The manager went out of her way to arrange a move in time that worked (no waiting in line for paperwork) and held the units for me until that time (no charge). Place itself seemed very clean and climate controlled option is great! The only thing I didn’t like was the required monthly insurance charge which was not quoted in the original price. You can opt out only if you have homeowners insurance and bring proof of insurance in. I was told it was a corporate policy. It should be a choice and not mandatory and be quoted in the units’ estimated price when looking at quotes. Again the units and manager were great, I just don’t agree with the corporate insurance requirement policy extra charge.
