- The staff was very nice, called me a couple of times to verify my reservation and describe all the costs. When I arrived, they were very nice, professional. The entire facility is locked with codes, including different access to different floors, so the security felt sufficient for what I am storing. The facility, granted, is relatively new, but it has been kept tidy and clean. Overall, I definitely recommend this storage unit.

- Both of the women I spoke to were very helpful. They patiently explained any details I needed to know and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean, well-lit and secure. While you have to buy their locks, the reason was satisfactorily explained. The only negative comment I have is the fact that there is a rate increase after so many months. (I don't recall the time period in which this takes place.) This is the first time I've ever heard of a storage company that automatically imposes a rate increase for an existing customer regardless of payment history.
