- overall, I got a great deal by reserving online. The office staff was outstanding. I only wished I didn't have to take the time to move everything to the 2nd floor...plus it's freezing inside the building that is not climate controlled. I was hoping for more insulated stairs to the 2nd floor, but as I said, I got a terrific deal in price online. Very clean facility and easy access. Only thing they don't tell you is that you are required to spend at the very least $10 extra per month for insurance.
