- We rented a storage unit for our son who is attending UNH. We needed a place close by, clean and secure. The facility is well cared for, the staff is professional and personable. They go the extra mile to accommodate you, which is rare these days. We are so happy we found this place, and plan on using it throughout our sons time at UNH. - I would give Prime Storage negative stars if I could! When this business was locally-owned (King Storage), it offered stable and reasonable rates, 24-hour access (without additional fees), friendly ownership and staff, and no insurance requirement. With the corporate takeover (Prime Storage) it has been nothing but a nightmare! Within a few months my unit rate went up by almost 50%. Access hours became limited. I submitted my homeowners insurance information in-person, yet I was still billed for personal property insurance. Now they are ratcheting up some of their fees to exorbitant rates: $50 No Registration/Insurance (Vehicle) $50 Lock Cut Fee $35 Electricity Fee $125 Dumpster Fee $30/mo 24 Hour Access I cringe every time I receive an email from Prime Storage. What next? It has been an absolutely horrible experience renting from corporate America.

- So there's a few issues with Cardinals they say on this website no administration fee however I was charged a fee,So I called and they told me to screenshot it and send it to them and they will take care of it because as far as they were told there's always an administration fee. So I did just that to 3 different people and they never added my money back on my account or compensated me in any way for this false information on the website they should at least fix the website so people aren't under the impression that it's going to be a certain price when it's not true. Also I paid for the unit in advance they gave me the code for the door to get in and the combination for the storage unit I get there the code opened the front door then go to the unit I paid for and there was a regular lock on the unit by the time I was assigned another unit it was 3 days later and I never got The 3 days credited and also the unit was filthy writing on the wall mouse droppings everywhere and it was covered with cobwebs from top to floor door to back wall and So many spiders I was covered in cobwebs and spiders on my head and my neck and legs. I'm not exaggerating . I'm just giving my experience so far I'm hoping that they will fix the issues I've had and take care of my account issues. The

- I have switched to Public Storage in Seabrook, NH from what has become a horrendous, run-down facility about 2 miles away. Public Storage is far superior with an attentive staff that makes a load of difference. The place is CLEAN and well maintained. Finally, it is known that renting storage is part of American life, and not just for the downtrodden. I actually feel uplifted when I pull into this place. I hope the new love affair continues, but so far so good.
