However, when I got there at 8 the night before my flight, the office was closed and the times on the door were different from the times in the email. My friends had to go back the next day and fight them to get into my unit.

The storage units are well maintained and clean which made it easy for me to move my stuff in right away. The building has a lot of cameras and secured gates / doors which can only be accessed by codes (which indentify the person by their unit). These extra precautions gave me piece of mind my items would be secure there.
