- When I did locate the storage unit I did not enter it because I had forgotten the Unit #, but my Husband went yesterday (07/09/22). He told me the unit was dirty and had to be cleaned. I'm not understanding why the unit had not been cleaned before offering it to a new client.

- Facility could be improved with better security and general building maintenance (roof leaks) but they conduct business fairly with no surprises. The layout is efficient and not too cramped for a moving truck or trailer. The guy in the office was honest and pleasant.i would definitely recommend.

- I signed up for a 5x10 storage unit about 6 months ago for a monthly cost of $44.00. This month my unit goes up to $54.00 a month without any type of notice. I call and speak to someone and they inform me that they basically raise the rate every 3-6 months even though no one ever mentioned this to me. I would never sign up somewhere that can just raise your rate every 3-6 months as much as they want without even informing you before you sign up. Avoid this place at all costs.
