- Very affordable, friendly manager, older facility with some maintenance issues. Unless you’re getting larger storage in the center drive through area, the distance between buildings are separated by one narrow lane each, and tight turns to keep from hitting the walls, though you can get help to open an extra gate to drive a small trailer on your hitch down the one way lane. Overall, if you can work around that and you don’t need environmental controlled storage, I would recommend it to everyone.

- I received one month at 50% off and the first 4 days were prorated. During a move money is already tight, so I was relieved when I found this place to store my belongings in the mean time. Although I'm a little concerned bc my first month that I already paid for is up and I have yet to receive an email or phone call returned to check the status of my storage unit and to pay for another month. Customer service could definitely use a makeover as well as the front office and the grounds.

- I needed an affordable storage unit in a hurry. The only 2 positives about the unit: it was clean and cheaper than most storage outlets in the area. However there is no light inside the unit, there's nothing but loose wires. And the door does not stay open. I have to jam it open with a rock in the runner. And because there's no personnel on site to go to about problems w/the unit when I had to move in I couldn't get these problems resolved. So now all my things are in the unit and I don't have the time, energy or a truck to move to another unit.

- Everything went smoothly except the freight elevator got stuck in the middle of my move-in and I ended up having to carry two cartloads of stuff up the stairs...not fun at all. I don’t like having to use the slow freight elevator...sure hoping it doesn’t mess up when I move stuff out of my storage. Otherwise I didn’t have any other issues.
