- The Public Storage facility I am using works just fine for me. It is very clean, well laid out, good lighting and good security. It does not offer 24/7 access but the staff will accommodate you if you need to access your unit during "closed" hours. I am most pleased about their rates. They are very inexpensive, not seeming to take advantage of some one simply needing extra storage space. The staff is very friendly offering moving and packing supplies and helpful advice. It's an easy 5 star choice for me. Thank You.

- My last climate controlled unit at another facility was in a rough neighborhood and I didn’t feel comfortable loading or unloading my vehicle due to the only access door being directly on the street. Prime’s facility is not only gated, but you can drive your vehicle directly into the facility and unload safely, securely, and away from the elements. My unit is on the second floor, which I was initially concerned about, but the available hand carts, the freight elevator, and the ability to drive right in beside the elevator to unload made it a piece of cake to move in. The manager is friendly, attentive, and helpful and the facility is clean, well lit, and modern. My last unit was adequate, but I am absolutely thrilled with Prime and highly recommend them!

If I could give ten stars I would! He was great and even gave me a little history lesson on the building itself which was really cool to know! The storage is so clean and moving in was easy.
