- I moved into Sparefoot storage in downtown Louisville, Ky on September 20th, 2019. The gentleman that set me up with my space called before my move in & got me squared away with exactly what I needed. On move in day I finally met the nice man that I’d spoken with over the phone. He explained everything thoroughly & showed me my unit. I was amazed by the whole building. It’s beautiful, clean & security is waaayyy up to par! Having to use an app downloaded on my phone to unlock the building & then once again to unlock my particular storage space amazed me even more! I love this place & will definitely continue to recommend this company to any & everyone in need of a storage unit.

- My last climate controlled unit at another facility was in a rough neighborhood and I didn’t feel comfortable loading or unloading my vehicle due to the only access door being directly on the street. Prime’s facility is not only gated, but you can drive your vehicle directly into the facility and unload safely, securely, and away from the elements. My unit is on the second floor, which I was initially concerned about, but the available hand carts, the freight elevator, and the ability to drive right in beside the elevator to unload made it a piece of cake to move in. The manager is friendly, attentive, and helpful and the facility is clean, well lit, and modern. My last unit was adequate, but I am absolutely thrilled with Prime and highly recommend them!
