- Nice and clean but I saw wasps flying around in the unit and tiny red bugs crawling. I am concerned about putting my mattresses and stuffed furniture in there. I wish now I would have opted for climate control even though they are harder to move into. Would it have been better to get one outside unit and one inside unit. - Tabatha (PM) was awesome and facility well maintained but corporate has a hidden fee. $19.99 For the lock the webpage once you get to the payment page divulges this information it also tells you that it will be refunded if you return the lock and opened. I called the call center and the call center employee told me the same thing that it would be refunded at the office upon returning the lock we wereturning the lock we were told no refunds but yet a credit to a future bill nowhere is that disclosed. What this does is put your employees in the line of fire from angry consumers Which not only increases your turnover rate but they don't get paid enough to have to deal with thatWhile making the corporate huge profits
