- Facility was very dirty!! Had RAT droppings, not mice droppings, but rat feces all over the facility. There had been a trail from the entrance of the facility all the way towards down the hallway, so I know for in fact the whole building had been contaminated with rat fecal matter. There also had been dead roaches and alive ones everywhere!! I actually took a few home with me which was on of my main concerns, luckily I bombed my belongings before it became an infestation in my new apartments. Don’t believe the reviews this is a terrible location and very unsanitary for the price you’re paying monthly. Always inspect a facility before you move your belongings in there, don’t go off the google reviews they probably pay people to leave.

- I enjoyed talking with Jay. My first impression was that the place was neat and welcoming. The best part for me is how fast the process was. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me and i was worried about her acting out if this took too long, that wasn't the case. I had my walkthrough and keys in about 15 minutes or so.

- Numbers on the buildings are not large and clear and easy to read. The roll up door is not working well. I had to fight with the door and the locks to get them opened and closed. The door is extremely hard to open and close. Can I get this door fixed? I am disabled and this is a big problem for me. The door is absolutely messed up.
