So I called them and after talking on the phone (the woman I talked to was very nice and courteous) they got me into a different unit. It took a while but they did right their wrong. - Facility was very dirty!! Had RAT droppings, not mice droppings, but rat feces all over the facility. There had been a trail from the entrance of the facility all the way towards down the hallway, so I know for in fact the whole building had been contaminated with rat fecal matter. There also had been dead roaches and alive ones everywhere!! I actually took a few home with me which was on of my main concerns, luckily I bombed my belongings before it became an infestation in my new apartments. Don’t believe the reviews this is a terrible location and very unsanitary for the price you’re paying monthly. Always inspect a facility before you move your belongings in there, don’t go off the google reviews they probably pay people to leave.

Walked through processes and explained all necessary details. 98% clean unit, would recommend bringing a hand-held swiffer or broom for minor cleaning if you're going for that 100%. Not saying all storage units are perfect, but this was pretty dang close. Appreciate the staff for the help.
