- nice clean facility, I got the unit I wanted, got a great online promotion. I called to talk with someone before reserving the unit and going in to pay for it. I specifically asked on the phone what was the total price and if there were ANY other fees. I was told there were no other fees, just the $1 first month, and the $24 admin fee. I knew I would have to purchase a lock from what I read online, but was told there were no additional fees. When I arrived to pay for the unit, I was charged a mandatory monthly $15 insurance fee. I needed the unit, and like I said, I got a good rate for it, but really felt like a bate and switch. The lady at the location was very nice and apologetic, but still, whoever I spoke to on the phone straight lied and missinformed me. thank you

I have an internal unit and it looks like something out of a B Horror Movie. I was actually scared to go by myself. The pricing however was excellent. So, I gave three stars overall.

- The Guy and Gal that were at the front desk were sooooo awesome!! We had a laugh about the hand sanitizer spraying me in the face! But besides that, the place was clean and very nice even tho my unit was really far towards the back, the young lady showed me an easier route which made it way easier for me to move my belongings in!
