- The facility is very clean and in a great location. The only issue is that I had an appointment and was confirmed. I got to the facility and no one was there. I waited over an hour and called another facility and was told again that someone should be there. The other family tried to get a hold of someone and they were unable to locate anyone. Waited over an hour and no one showed up.

When I did finally move everything to my house in Eudora, Kansas, I found items I thought were lost or long gone. I was very satisfied with the management at this location.

- I have only signed the papers and rented the unit a couple of days ago and will not move my things till the weekend, but I have been very impressed by what I have seen so far. I called several locations on Monday and was not impressed by the vague and evasive answers about pricing, availability and policies I got (some did not call back at all). When I called, I got a live person, we set an appointment for the next morning after getting a price range and size unit I considered reasonable. Happy to say the meeting went well no bait and switch and everything offered over the phone was what I got. The person I worked with was prepared, helpful and professional.

- The Lenexa location has the best service!! Do not go to any other location! The manager is so fun and upbeat and always making sure she is there to help. I believe her name is Jessica. She is amazing and made my storage experience so much better than the Overland Park manager he was very pushy. We are very happy with our choice so far.
