- They were extremely helpful and kind at Storage Mart. Just had a little mix up as far as sizing with the storage units. Signed up for a 10/20 ft unit and instead got two 10/10's. My moving company moved me into 1 of my 10/10's, but even with the mix up they won't allow me to only pay for one. So now I'm currently paying for an empty storage unit that I don't use.

- The Lenexa location has the best service!! Do not go to any other location! The manager is so fun and upbeat and always making sure she is there to help. I believe her name is Jessica. She is amazing and made my storage experience so much better than the Overland Park manager he was very pushy. We are very happy with our choice so far.

- I was assigned a unit that was not compatible with my needs. Even though I indicated I needed boat storage, I was assigned a unit that was not accessible for a boat on a trailer. The lady on the premises Monday, 5/27 was very willing to make a unit switch but did not seem to be familiar with the computer system. The additional administrative charge due to the change of units should not have been charged to me, as the assignment was done without regard to my expressed needs. Two days later, the on-line access through the application on my phone would not work. The system displayed the message that the gate could not be found. I called the local facility and left a message but have not received a return call to date. Very dissatisfied with this storage facility customer service.

- The facility is very clean and in a great location. The only issue is that I had an appointment and was confirmed. I got to the facility and no one was there. I waited over an hour and called another facility and was told again that someone should be there. The other family tried to get a hold of someone and they were unable to locate anyone. Waited over an hour and no one showed up.

- Dennis assited me with getting my storage unit. He help me with the moving boxes, the lock for my unit and gave me the best customer service ever. He checked up on me to see if everything turned out okay. The units are SUPER clean and I would definately recommend Storage Mart to others. - nice clean facility, I got the unit I wanted, got a great online promotion. I called to talk with someone before reserving the unit and going in to pay for it. I specifically asked on the phone what was the total price and if there were ANY other fees. I was told there were no other fees, just the $1 first month, and the $24 admin fee. I knew I would have to purchase a lock from what I read online, but was told there were no additional fees. When I arrived to pay for the unit, I was charged a mandatory monthly $15 insurance fee. I needed the unit, and like I said, I got a good rate for it, but really felt like a bate and switch. The lady at the location was very nice and apologetic, but still, whoever I spoke to on the phone straight lied and missinformed me. thank you
