- Went to Public Storage a couple of days ago to pay my mother's bill. I arrived just as the manager Barbara was pulling off, she backed up and asked what did I need, I told her to pay on my mother's account. She got out opened the store and took the pymt, not once did she get upset, I told her I was sorry to inconvience her, she said she was doing a bank run and told me the bank will still be there. Her customer service was great and she was very polite. Thank you Barbara.

- We just got our storage unit. I signed up online. Someone called me within 15 minutesto confirm my reservation and see if I had any questions. Matter of fact, a second person even called me after that. They were really on the ball. When I arrived at the facility, the man at the desk, Marcus was very friendly and police. He had my paperwork ready to go. As soon as we finished the paperwork, he showed the storage unit. He even swept it out for me, before we brought some of our boxes over. Marcus was very professional and helpful. I definitely would reccommend this storage facility to my friends and family. The hours and prices are better than many other storage facilities in our area.

- I unloaded at 6pm Nov 30 there were no lights on in my units row or any of the rows near me. It was foggy and drizzling. I had to use my car's lights . This is unacceptable. I will be moving out of this facility this week. My row doesn't even have a letter. Very unhappy. Stacy has been great but there is only so much she can do.
