- Great prices and friendly people. If anyone rents from cornerstone make sure you either have renter or owner insurance. Because the person I talked to over the phone did not tell me about anything about insurance. If you don't have any you will have to add insurance to your monthly storage payment. I got a 8×10 (it's like a walk in closet). The price without insurance was $30 but when I was in person with the lady I had to add insurance for an extra $10 a month. Still not a bad price. Other than that everything was great! I love that it has a coded gate around the whole storage unit. Puts my mind at ease.
