This was during business hours but there was no agent on the property I contacted a call center & rented a larger unit. This unit ‘s price was more than double of the original unit. - Great storage facility the staff is nice and friendly it's clean easy to get through easy to find your unit gated which is great. You get a free lock two keys prices are right just a great overall place to go if you ever need to store anything. The customer service people are also super helpful and patient thankfully lol mine took the time to walk me through the process and made sure I signed everything in the right spots and never got rude or impatient with me at all. Finished everything within an hour and was able to get to the facility and start storing everything right away and I didn't have to wait for anything.
