- I appreciated how the property manager worked diligently to make sure that I got a bigger storage space for the same price as the smaller one that I originally reserved online. The one I reserved online was listed as available but turned out not to be available because the person who auctioned the space did not empty it out. So, when I arrived at the office to pay for my reserved space, I ended up getting a bigger space for the same price as the smaller one.

- I have never used a Public Storage facility before so I was brand new to the whole process. The woman at the desk was very patient and helpful. I was also pleased with the price, which was cheaper than another place in the area. I was happy to find that this facility has a gate that requires a unique passcode. I was assigned a space that was close to the front entrance that was very clean and easily accessible. They also suggested I buy a tarp because the concrete sweats, I didn't know anything about that so I got it and also purchased some plastic to cover my furniture. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I will say is that when quoting prices they should include that rental insurance is required and give the price. Luckily I have homeowners insurance that includes my storage so I didn't need it but for people who don't have it, it is important to include that upfront so people can make an informed decision about the cost.
