- Just moved to the neighborhood and this place was right near the highway. Seems very updated and well kept. Cons: made an appt for sat at 4pm. The email said all I had to pay was $25.($1 first month and $24 one time fee). Because of the unique locks this facility has, you are forced to buy there's. Which is an extra $22. And you cannot use this lock anywhere else except a handful of public storage. I walked out of there having to pay $69, $44 over what I was told I was paying. This was not this locations fault, but public storage company issue. Other than that I am very pleased. And the staff was very nice and made for a quick signup. I would recommend this place to others

- I have 2 items of contention. 1) I brought my own lock, but was told I HAD to purchase one of yours and I could not sell the purchased one back to Public Storage (44% is the cost of the lock in comparison to the storage unit). 2) I did not like the fact that I HAD to purchase insurance immediately. (24% of the cost of the rental is insurance). These 'surprise' expenses is what would make things better. So, that when I expect to pay $45 this is what I would walk out paying, not $76 (59% higher than anticipated). Other than this, the manager is kind and very helpful, and the place is clean and safe.

- It honestly takes a lot for me to write a review, I am typically way too busy to even bother with it, but my experience here was absolutely amazing. DJ and Caitlin were extremely friendly and made my experience painless. When I got there they had my spot ready and they helped me fill out all of my paperwork and answered any questions I had. They were extremely knowledgeable. I have dealt with a few public storage facilities in the past and this was BY FAR my best experience. I would recommend this location and Caitlin and DJ to any one of my friends or family because they were truly salt of the earth people that were a great help in making my storing process extremely simple with no headaches. Bottom line is I would recommend them and this location to a friend or loved one and I will be storing here in the future for any other storage needs I may have. Thank you DJ and Caitlin!

- Front desk people are very nice. So many signatures for such a small transaction. High pressure to have you purchase insurance like a car rental. Inside is clean. Biggest gripe is that cart is only available during business hours. Very inconvenient. I can only go when I am not working and my unit is far from the staircase. Only need unit for short time or I would switch.

- this storage facility is about a five minute drive from my house, so they won. Paid a little more but well worth it with all the trips I've taken. Very clean, well kept facility, Dan is a great guy (office manager) and knows exactly what you need to store your stuff. Can't say I'm happy about the required insurance, but still beats traveling 15-20 minutes to the next facility. All in all, a great place to store whatever you need to and very secure.

- This location is very clean. I reserved my space online at a discounted rate. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call to schedule an appointment see the space and fill out the required paperwork. Debbie was very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and made registration very painless and fast. Thank you. The only downside side is the flat bed carts require a key from the office so you can only access them during staffed office hours.

- Wonderful facility and staff. Everything was kept clean and dry, and the temperature controlled lockers are wonderful. On top of it all the staff was beyond helpful. David was of tremendous assistance to me when I was ready to leave my locker. At the desk, Hattie was fantasic and helpful as well helping me get on my way and never letting a smile leave her face. - The sales rep who helped me was awesome. He answered all my questions and made sure the unit was all clean and made the process so simple.
