- You need to put more pertinent information on the website. I was very disappointed with all the HIDDEN charges that came out when I went in to the office to rent a space. No where does it state that you MUST have a padlock at the time of rental and can supply your own instead of paying $20 to get one from you. No where does it say that some states require the renter to maintain insurance on their contents. When I went back the next day to actually rent the space, I brought my own padlock and saved some money. I did purchase insurance from Public storage at the time I rented the space. I think it would be nice if it said on the website that "The following states require insurance: (list of states). This would have made my original experience much more pleasant because I would have been prepared for everything that was required on the first trip instead of having to go home, research other storage locations, and return another time to sign the contract.

- The property manager Debbi was professional, courteous and helpful. She showed me a unit that I didn't think was what I wanted so she showed me another unit which was perfect. I believe she would have kept going had it been necessary. She went over all of the paperwork in detail and explained everything thoroughly. She did not rush through or have me sign anything blindly. I had received an online quote and it was met as quoted at the property. Property is well kept and conveniently located a little over a mile south off of I-88 on Farnsworth. I would recommend Debbi and this Public Storage property
