- You need to put more pertinent information on the website. I was very disappointed with all the HIDDEN charges that came out when I went in to the office to rent a space. No where does it state that you MUST have a padlock at the time of rental and can supply your own instead of paying $20 to get one from you. No where does it say that some states require the renter to maintain insurance on their contents. When I went back the next day to actually rent the space, I brought my own padlock and saved some money. I did purchase insurance from Public storage at the time I rented the space. I think it would be nice if it said on the website that "The following states require insurance: (list of states). This would have made my original experience much more pleasant because I would have been prepared for everything that was required on the first trip instead of having to go home, research other storage locations, and return another time to sign the contract.

- I love the price and customer service, on the phone, was outstanding. He took his time to find me the best deal form me, and explained all the procedures and what to expect. However, is a bit far from where we leave, about 25 min and the storage is surrounded by 3 huge power towers, one of which is inches away from our unit, exposing us to tremendous amounts of radiations, while we are at our storage unit.

She got me in a unit that will fit my stuff and give me some room to walk around in witch will be very helpful as we are in a bit of a hurry to move out and won't know what goes where. - This location is very clean. I reserved my space online at a discounted rate. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call to schedule an appointment see the space and fill out the required paperwork. Debbie was very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and made registration very painless and fast. Thank you. The only downside side is the flat bed carts require a key from the office so you can only access them during staffed office hours.

- I did an online search for a storage unit in my area. I need a unit for a couple of months while we refinance our mortgage to get rid of the "clutter" for the appraisal inspection. When comparing size, price, distance and description I chose CubeSmart and I am VERY glad I did. The deciding factor for me was the offer to use their truck and all I needed to do was return it replacing the gas I used--no rental fee. Lola and Robert were GREAT. The unit was just as described--Clean, accessible and ready to story my "clutter". Since we were doing stars and the most I can give is 5 stars, I would simply say, 5 stars are not enough--7 maybe or possibly 8 would be more appropriate. If you are looking for a GREAT storage experience, look no further. These folks are at the top of the storage rental game.

- The property manager Debbi was professional, courteous and helpful. She showed me a unit that I didn't think was what I wanted so she showed me another unit which was perfect. I believe she would have kept going had it been necessary. She went over all of the paperwork in detail and explained everything thoroughly. She did not rush through or have me sign anything blindly. I had received an online quote and it was met as quoted at the property. Property is well kept and conveniently located a little over a mile south off of I-88 on Farnsworth. I would recommend Debbi and this Public Storage property
