- This storage is perfect. The personnel was helpful and got me settled in less than 2 minutes. The drive up is spacious and very easy to access, with our with out a trailer. For the price, i knew I was paying extra to get a better location rather than cheaper but somewhere far away, yet I've still received some sort of a discount so I'm not complaining. The whole lot of clean, and even in the winter time - neatly cleaned, with no patches of ice posing a threat. It is the absolute median of everything I need.

- I was extremely impressed with the aesthetics of this facility! I felt great knowing that my furniture will be well maintained in a climate control led outdoor unit until I come back to pick them up. I was very pleased with the Customer Service that I received from Alex when I booked the unit & more importantly Nate upon arrival at the facility, because he saw us (my car, my friends car & the movers & truck loaded with my personal belongings) pulling in and turned around from leaving for a "bank deposit run" just in order to service me with providing me with keys to my storage unit. This was very important service, as the movers were "on the clock" & costing me time! If he had pulled out at that moment, them I would have had to pay an extra hour in labor time to the movers. Nate saved me $450 in moving company expense that day! Thanks Nate & CubeSmart in Downers Grove on Lemont Rd!!

- The climate controlled building is very large with lots of units. The only thing that worries me is the condition of the roof. You see the roof is a sheet metal which has a layer of insulation attached to the bottom of it. Looking up at the insulation you can see large water filled bulges! Some of them have already started leaking, you can tell from the water stains on the floor and on the locker doors. Since each locker has a wire mesh cover the top of the unit, water just rains on in. This has necessitated covering my stored belongings with a waterproof tarpaulin.
