- I have to say this was a VERY easy experience for me, but most of all MOLLY at the Morton Grove Il store #27006, was extremely wonderful to work with and made the process smooth, easy, and without concern. She explained every detail and even stayed late to accommodate my first visit. Also, when the time came to purchase the unit Molly had all the paperwork done and lock on the storage unit, the whole process only took 10 minutes, signed a few papers and was handed my keys and I was on my way, it could not have been easier. She is really professional and is the epitome of a customer service rep and how you should model all your employees. I would most definitely use Public Storage again! You have a great employee in Molly, keep her happy and give her a BIG raise!

- The place is generally acceptable but has some negatives. It's supposed to be climate controlled but this doesn't seem to be the case throughout because it gets very warm in the summer and the outside doors are propped open. One of two elevators doesn't work and hasn't since I moved in. There's a bathroom but it's routinely inaccessible and not always kept stocked with supplies. There's a security issue because the front gate manual door has a flaky latch so sometimes it's possible for anyone to enter the off the street.

- went to this particular facility due to the locale & hours. I keep xtra supplies & equipment in there for my business so I will be accessing it at least a couple of times per wk. I know its an old building & I also however when Im in there each times my sinuses start getting very irritated and actually start to burn. this has not happened where I kept it previously. can something be done to clean it more often perhaps? - I SURE HOPE SO. thank you very much, Paul R.
