- I was told that I could move in at any time from 9-5 on a Saturday. I hired movers and paid them for 2 hours, everyone on my end was on time and ready to go, however when we should up at the storage unit, NO ONE was to be found. All doors were locked and there was a sign on loose leaf paper, will be back at 12:35. Now, I get that everyone is entitled to a break and/or lunch however, Saturdays are the busiest moving days especially for people who work a 12 hour day during the week. I went over on my time for the movers I hired and had to pay an extra hour for them. Then to find out through talking with other tenants renting units around mine, that they were offered 50% off for the first 3 months, I was only offered 50% off for the first month. Not happy about overall experience, and am looking for another storage facility as we speak!

- Manager was professional. She made sure I had the right size unit and she was thorough in her explanation of the facility. Because of the use of an outside unit, she informed that I should buy a container of beads purchased inside which would let me know if the unit was accumulating moisture. I did this. Although I had my own mattress covers, she asked me if I had them because she indicated that most people don't think about it when putting mattresses in storage. I appreciated her mentioning these two things to me.

I was having a bad day and she really brighten up my day just with her encouraging words thank you ebony for making my day better. ebony here was very friendly and I love her personality she is such a people person you don't get great customer service now a days but you will here at Public Storage. - I would have marked it as five stars...I absolutely loved Yolanda!!! She was extremely professional and pointed me in the right direction! The only thing that I found upsetting is that the insurance is required. So the internet pricing seems very deceptive because of the "hidden fees" like the insurance fee and the one time administrative fee.

- Upon my arrival I expected to have an excellent experience. I received several reminder emails along with a phone call to ensure my check in would be ran smoothly. Honesty speaking checking in for my unit rental was in fact a breeze however, the customer service I received from the store manager was very unpleasant. Absolutely no personality, no smile, no engagement, and no happiness, just plain old blah. In fact I asked her was she a morning person because I didn't know whether she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or if that was just how she greeted and interacted with her customers. The gentleman working beside her seemed more happy to help me than her. Which in my opinion should have been the other way around if she was the store manager. Kudos to her employee for being more willing to help me and was much more pleasant than her. Because had he not this store location would have lost my business as well as had a bad word of mouth experience from me.
