- Even though I haven't rented from public storage just yet, due to me shopping around. I just have to mention how sweet and attentive Nicole is! She was so patient with me! I had so many questions and concerns and she had no problem answering them! She knows A lot about the company and the units! When it came to insurance she was a pro!! I loved how she wasn't trying to just get me in and sell me on a unit! She wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and i wasn't pressured into Renting a unit! I will definitely be renting from this location! Nicole is an exceptional worker who takes her job seriously and treats her customers like family! I wish I could rate more stars because Nicole definitely deserves them!

It is just a little hard to put the code for the doors height I sure is for trucks height and the last door is just a push for the button. Now you asked. - I rented my space on 12/13/2013, and when I came back to store my belongings the stuff forgot to remove the lock Life-Storage places on for there sircuity purpose. This set me back and I was not able to move all my items in that one day with should have only taken me, for my truck rental was on a time schedule. My one day move became a three day move do to the stuff not removing the lock before leaving the facility which was open 9am-6pm on that day. I arrived at 2pm that day, causing me to wait 2 hours for her to return back at the facility. This mistake coast me more money because my one day move at that time became a three day move. Very dissatisfie!!!!!!!
