- I moved my things into my storage unit and I have ONE complaint. Because all one sees are walls of orange and white, orange and white, it was extremely DIFFICULT to find my unit. Of course, the lady showed me where it is upon signing up. There are unit numbers above each unit, but can't you afford signs that extend from the walls that indicate Unit 5031 to 5050 with an arrow pointing toward the hall. It will make it easier for your customers, who especially don't visit the space that often to find their unit. Thank you. Penelope Heffernan.

- I chose this facility because they had space for my stuff and my Trailer, The customer service is amazing but the owner needs to put in some major renovations to keep this place up to date, The trailer parking is in the dirt, there are plants growing into some of the vehicles being stored there they do not take care of this area. I moved my household stuff from this facility because the door would not stay up and it was further from the place I was renting. Overall this is an ok facility in a nice area but the up keep of the property will be hard unless the owner puts some money into maintaining the trees and paves the area where the trailers are kept. The customer service at the office has always been amazing but the property itself is overpriced for what you get.

- I didn't know what storage place I should use. After looking online I chose this one. Sam was the one who signed me up. She took the time to go over everything with me. All with a smile on her face. She walked me to my unit and showed me where the carts were for moving heavy things. I had to come back a couple weeks later and was having trouble getting my lock off. Sam took time to walk to my unit and help me get the lock off. All the time with a smile on her face. I am here today and she remembered me and came to help me with the lock. She even remembered that I hadva neck brace on last time I was here from having surgery. I no longer have the brace on and she asked how I am doing since the surgery. It's the small things that make the world a happy place. Sam went above and beyond her duties. I will recommend Public Storage to any and everyone. Great job Sam!! And thank you so very much.
