A lock was found on the locker I was assigned which puzzled Lainie when I informed her, she went with me to my locker and removed it (there was a lock found inside the unit as well); as I had my lock from the last rental, she retrieved the extra locks and took care of deducting the lock price from my bill with no hassle whatsoever.
