- I rated the experience 5 star as Kelly and Dan really helped me through the enrollment process from beginning to end. The facility itself is very nice and clean but the interaction with the 2 is what made me happy to be using this Public Storage facility. They both were very clear in going over the contract and any fees. They provided guidance on all the options allotted to me (i.e. using the app for creating an account, making payments online, etc.) Good job Kelly and Dan and I am happy to be with Public Storage. If anybody is considering a storage facility you will not go wrong with selecting Public Storage in Lombard (off of Roosevelt). We will see you soon!
