- I rented my space on 12/13/2013, and when I came back to store my belongings the stuff forgot to remove the lock Life-Storage places on for there sircuity purpose. This set me back and I was not able to move all my items in that one day with should have only taken me, for my truck rental was on a time schedule. My one day move became a three day move do to the stuff not removing the lock before leaving the facility which was open 9am-6pm on that day. I arrived at 2pm that day, causing me to wait 2 hours for her to return back at the facility. This mistake coast me more money because my one day move at that time became a three day move. Very dissatisfie!!!!!!!

- I was having a very bad time, had to get all of my things and put them in storage. They provided a lock that doesn’t fit the latch on the storage space. I’m moving my things out in days and taking them elsewhere because when I realized the lock didn’t fit , I went to a closed office. Nobody answered the phone, and I put in a online complaint through the app and nobody got back to me. I had to leave my things in the facility unsecured, had to take a trip to Walgreens and buy a lock I shouldn’t have had to buy to begin with. To pay over a hundred dollars for such an experience was beyond me. I’m big on customer service and apparently this facility isn’t.it’s not even the money, it’s the principle, and I’ll be moving my things out tomorrow, only days into them being there. Even if it comes at a loss, I’ll go somewhere, where I’m valued as a customer.
