Gina ( person that helped me at the Glendale heights location ) was extremely helpful and informative. She answered all of my questions and explained everything to my satisfaction. She gave me a tour of the storage facility and how to get around to my unit by taking different routes. i had a very positive experience at this store and would definitely recommend this store to anyone. - My Honest Opinion... I looked at a few storage places before selecting Public Storage. After talking with the employee Kim, I was sold on this location and company. Kim took me around the grounds. Showed me the unit available for rent and answered every question I had with a smile. The location is clean, dry and well secured. I can't ask for anything more. - I do not have much experience with storage units but I cannot imagine a better place for our things. We went on a Saturday, filled out the paper work which probably took less than 10 minutes. Man helping us was extremely friendly and informative. He gave us a tour of the facility and showed us our unit. I could not believe how clean this place was. I even asked him if it was a new facility. They have giant garage doors so you can back a moving truck in and unload right in front of the elevators. They provide carts for you as well as any other moving supplies you need. They have clean bathrooms in the unloading area. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very happy with it.
