- Both employees I spoke to were very courteous and sympathetic to my frustration when I learned that the $1 for first month rent promotion is for new customers only. I went online, in my account to manage my account and rent an additional unit - only reason I did on line in my account ( not annyomous from web site) was to receive the $1 first month rent. Why wouldn't your company want to give promotions to current customers buying/ renting additional space or services. A success business not only needs to get new business but KEEP current customers. Seriously considering spending my hard earned cash at a different company because of this. Thanks.

- The only reason this is a 5 star review is because of one employee her name is Katlin. Had it not been for her this would be 0 stars. I've filed bankruptcy and presented public storage with the court order which the corporate office refused to immediately comply with pursuant to US code. The allmighty legal department decided to wait to comply with the order until it was convenient for them. I waited SEVERAL DAYS for this legal department to "approve" a FEDERAL JUDGE'S ORDER I was livid and furious. The saving grace here is Katlin she is truly a compassionate kind person who truly cares about her customers. I didn't feel like a customer at her location I felt like a friend. I will miss getting the chance to chat with Katlin and seeing her around the property.
