- I feel my belongings are in a safe an secure place. The reps are always friendly and patient. I like the ability to pay online and my favorite feature about the facility is your key only goes to the floor that it's programmed for. My only critique parking is a hassle, only 2 vehicles at a time can back in and unload, and in regards to pricing they are higher than other facilities however this is a newer facility.
