She took me through all the steps quickly and had me set up and ready to go. I had a crummy lock with me but for 19 dollars I got a tough secure lock that I can keep. Insurance was reasonable and the signing up process was quick. Excellent customer service and follow up. I'm very happy.

- While looking for a temporary place to store our items while we renovate our home, this Public Storage was conveniently located and had very good promotions online. While we needed to upgrade our size, we were able to find one once we got to the facility and do so rather quickly. Would definitely recommend the location as it's fairly close to the highway and has access to major cross streets. The customer service and follow up was very timely and very friendly. (Always a plus!)

- Over the many years of using Public Storage, I have found that I could consistently give them a "5". Anything with which I need help, they've responded. I like that they'll often have managers living on site, they have cameras and lights, and they still keep that $1 offer going which also gives one a chance to "feel out" the property and its management. Am still using them even now (and I have tried and used a couple other companies in the interim--but not with the same degree of satisfaction). Thanks Public Storage for helping us with our needs, and keeping it all a pleasant experience.

I had to follow her to other units while she helped others, I had to wait outside and get signed up at the same time as someone else. There really should be more people there on a Saturday.
