- I made an appointment with them a week before I moved in and reserved a truck but then they called me the night before with no record of the appointment or booking my truck and the guy couldn’t be there in the morning due to staffing issues and said there were no trucks available. Luckily he was able to move things around to accommodate me but had to rush getting my furniture moved because we could only have the truck for 4 hours.

- Everything is great besides the elevator. You’d think the elevator would stay open longer than 2 seconds in order to move bulky stuff in and out. Also none of the doors can be held open. Those two things make ingress and egress WAY more difficult than it needs to be

- Front desk people are very nice. So many signatures for such a small transaction. High pressure to have you purchase insurance like a car rental. Inside is clean. Biggest gripe is that cart is only available during business hours. Very inconvenient. I can only go when I am not working and my unit is far from the staircase. Only need unit for short time or I would switch.

- This location is very clean. I reserved my space online at a discounted rate. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call to schedule an appointment see the space and fill out the required paperwork. Debbie was very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and made registration very painless and fast. Thank you. The only downside side is the flat bed carts require a key from the office so you can only access them during staffed office hours.

- At no time during the reservation/quote process was I told that I HAD to purchase their specific padlock and insurance. If I have to sign something that states they are not liable for any theft then there is no reason for me to get those items from them.
