- Public Storage had competitive pricing, availability and the right size I needed to store my boat for the winter. The staff is excellent and Matt was outstanding. He even went out to the storage unit to help me move the boat inside to ensure it fit before completing the paperwork. Talk about going the extra mile! The units are clean and the staff was well trained and efficient. The only suggestion would be to add the width of the actual door to the dimensions shown on their website which would help determine if your trailer will fit. Other than that, five stars! Keep up the good work, Public Storage!

They do say"Truck available" to move your items. That is somewhat misleading. They have ONE truck and availability is limited. Overall - moving in was a very good experience.

- Everything is great besides the elevator. You’d think the elevator would stay open longer than 2 seconds in order to move bulky stuff in and out. Also none of the doors can be held open. Those two things make ingress and egress WAY more difficult than it needs to be
