While we needed to upgrade our size, we were able to find one once we got to the facility and do so rather quickly. Would definitely recommend the location as it's fairly close to the highway and has access to major cross streets. The customer service and follow up was very timely and very friendly. - Crespo was wonderful but I have only had the storage for a couple of weeks and both times I have gone to the storage the side door where you enter the building has been ajar and you don't need the code to get in. And the cart by the door seems to have a broken wheel or something so it is unusable. I did not mention it to Crespo since it was after hours both times. thank you.

- The place is generally acceptable but has some negatives. It's supposed to be climate controlled but this doesn't seem to be the case throughout because it gets very warm in the summer and the outside doors are propped open. One of two elevators doesn't work and hasn't since I moved in. There's a bathroom but it's routinely inaccessible and not always kept stocked with supplies. There's a security issue because the front gate manual door has a flaky latch so sometimes it's possible for anyone to enter the off the street.

- Staff was helpful. Only issue was the lock hasp on my unit was to tight causing the lock not to go in properly. Sam said it still works sort of. I pointed out all the other locks in the row were properly seated, but mine was not. Sam said he would take care of it, but after three weeks it was not fixed. I fixed it myself last week. Frank

- As far as storage rental is concerned, this is a great facility with a bunch of options. Two things to know - first, for all storage rental: Remember you need to provide (or buy from them) a lock that's more secure than a standard combination lock -- and also remember you have to pay for a minimum amount of insurance which adds to the monthly cost. The representative I dealt with, Evelyn, was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork in order and giving us the tour / orientation. The only issue is: If she has to leave the office area and go into the storage area, nobody else can access the office until she comes back. Maybe they need another employee on site to prevent these gaps in service. Other than that, everything seemed efficient and trustworthy.
