- Upon my arrival I expected to have an excellent experience. I received several reminder emails along with a phone call to ensure my check in would be ran smoothly. Honesty speaking checking in for my unit rental was in fact a breeze however, the customer service I received from the store manager was very unpleasant. Absolutely no personality, no smile, no engagement, and no happiness, just plain old blah. In fact I asked her was she a morning person because I didn't know whether she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or if that was just how she greeted and interacted with her customers. The gentleman working beside her seemed more happy to help me than her. Which in my opinion should have been the other way around if she was the store manager. Kudos to her employee for being more willing to help me and was much more pleasant than her. Because had he not this store location would have lost my business as well as had a bad word of mouth experience from me.

- Moving is stressful. The people at Public Storage in Orland were very helpful from start to finish. I wasn't sure what size unit to rent. I explained what I had to store, and they recommended the size they thought would be best. Everything fit perfectly. Additionally, they have all of the boxes and everything you would need right in the office. The $1 for the first month's rent was a nice touch as well.
