- I was referred by a great friend to this location. It was the closing of the business day. Upon walking into the establishment I was greeted with a smile from Tonya. We know in the work force and in society now, people are ready to go, no concern for one another and sometimes aren't pleasant regardless of any situation. Not only was it the smile it was the body language that spoke volume as well. She was pleasant and willing to accommodate the needs of the customer. She took her time and walked me through every aspect and concerns regardless of the late hour and I appreciate her for that. I've only utilized this establishment for a very short period of time but, I'm hoping that if this establishment be as accountable and great representation as their employee (Tonya) was all will be well. On the other end of the table it goes both ways. As a customers we too need to be pleasant as well to the person that is servicing us. Thumbs up to Tonya!!

- Manager was professional. She made sure I had the right size unit and she was thorough in her explanation of the facility. Because of the use of an outside unit, she informed that I should buy a container of beads purchased inside which would let me know if the unit was accumulating moisture. I did this. Although I had my own mattress covers, she asked me if I had them because she indicated that most people don't think about it when putting mattresses in storage. I appreciated her mentioning these two things to me.

- I rented my space on 12/13/2013, and when I came back to store my belongings the stuff forgot to remove the lock Life-Storage places on for there sircuity purpose. This set me back and I was not able to move all my items in that one day with should have only taken me, for my truck rental was on a time schedule. My one day move became a three day move do to the stuff not removing the lock before leaving the facility which was open 9am-6pm on that day. I arrived at 2pm that day, causing me to wait 2 hours for her to return back at the facility. This mistake coast me more money because my one day move at that time became a three day move. Very dissatisfie!!!!!!!
