I’m sure there is a way to return it and get a refund but This location isn’t staffed, even when it was “staffed” it really wasn’t In a pinch, it’s fine, but I will go out of my way not to use them if I am able They do seem to have the best prices on drive up units

- Great Prices, Great Location, WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES, the only fault that this company has is that you can only use a dolly during the hours of operation in the office. So, they close at 6 everyday. I came there after work yesterday at 5:00pm with so many boxes and things to be taken to a storage unit on the second level , and for the third time this week there is no one working in the office (this is before the business hours close, they seem to leave and put up a sign that says be back at 6:25 -- thank you, but even if you do come back, it still doesn't help the dolly situation because then the office would be closed regardless) so it has been very difficult moving everything by my self ( I weigh 120 pounds and am a female ).

They helped SO much with the moving stuff into the building- and the containers have SUPER high ceilings so there’s actually more room than you think there is if you stack things good! I was able to fit everything I own including massive kids toys, a whole dining set, and TWO beds in just a 10/10!
