Never received a call to confirm my storage so the day I was supposed to move in it took me awhile to get a hold of the office since on site office. On the website it showed discount for active, reserve, and veterans. But was told no only active. He seen unhappy about giving me the discount but he still did. Soi that was nice. Once payment was accepted be reminded me of the storage number and said OK bye... Click! Didn't even wait until I said thank you I appreciate your help. So I didn't like that. That's why I have three stars for customer service. In not upset, I'm just taking it as...he must have been super busy. Positive side, the unit was clean and the perfect size I needed to store my mom's belongings. Location was kept up and easy access to my storage unit. Thanks!
