They were not only quick and kind, they didn't ask me to wait for the latch to be fixed and instead they moved my unit. I also appreciate how they provide a lock and even cut down the thick plastic on the lock package, knowing a customer may not have scissors with them. I highly recommend!!

- I needed a storage unit big enough for a utility trailer that was 8’ wide. I inquired on line and was told the 10’x20’ would work. The unit was the right size but the trailer wouldn’t fit because the door was only 8’ wide! My mistake for not asking about the door size. Time for Plan B, a larger unit. I wish I remembered the employees name because she was awesome! She was able to find us a larger unit and make the switch.

I know that happens but you have to be able to adapt. Public Storage had a completely online process so I was able to get my unit and access code and the keys we’re waiting at my unit when I arrived. - The only thing I would say is double check your location's access hours. I didn't realize my new storage location would have such a concern with getting out of my storage unit after closing time. On move in day I was issued a warning both via text and email to remind me that after 9pm entry/ exit are not allowed. Frustrating.

- The process for moving in was quick and concise. I was surprised that I had to have a contact and phone number other than my own home phone. That caused a delay I think is not necessary. I don't drive around with a phone or phone book. This ought to be in the initial instructions the company provides when you first reserve. If it is in there it ought to be bold and underlined. The lady who operates this facility is just great at helping out and getting you settled in.
