Then needed a second one and the gentlemen helped me over the phone and even took the lock and put in the storage for me to pick up when I brought more loads over. The systems in place are easy to follow. My only disappointment is that the exterior door going into the interior is in need of adjusting as it sticks & requires a hard bumping push to close. I actually bruised my hand! Hopefully the door will get corrected soon.
