- 100% recommend! Carol was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. We were coming in from out of town late on a weekend, and looking for a place we could book online and just punch a code into when we got there. That was harder than I thought it would be and was about to give up and when I called and talked to Carol she was Incredibly helpful and made it her mission to make sure we would be able to get into a storage unit later. She even double checked to make sure the code worked. The unit was super clean and the facility was nice too.

- Katy is a fantastic manager! Apparently, she came on board late this summer. She explained everything easily and showed the units available. I selected an interior unit. The systems in place are easy to follow. My only disappointment is that the exterior door going into the interior is in need of adjusting as it sticks & requires a hard bumping push to close. I actually bruised my hand! Hopefully the door will get corrected soon.
