They were not only quick and kind, they didn't ask me to wait for the latch to be fixed and instead they moved my unit. I also appreciate how they provide a lock and even cut down the thick plastic on the lock package, knowing a customer may not have scissors with them. I highly recommend!!

I know that happens but you have to be able to adapt. Public Storage had a completely online process so I was able to get my unit and access code and the keys we’re waiting at my unit when I arrived.
