- I love how this place is indoors but is still very accommodating for storing things. The hallways are wide enough to maneuver things around and the temperature control is super helpful when needing to go through things and purge no matter the weather conditions outside. You don’t need to fumble around and look for keys, just use your phone. The down side to that is if you have an old phone that can’t download the app, it might be problematic. I need to ask what plans they would have in place for things emergency-preparedness wise. (Power outages-since these seem to happen more frequently.) So far we are impressed with this place!

- This is my second time renting from E.S. and I have never had an issue except for a bent latch which they handled immediately with above and beyond service. They were not only quick and kind, they didn't ask me to wait for the latch to be fixed and instead they moved my unit. I also appreciate how they provide a lock and even cut down the thick plastic on the lock package, knowing a customer may not have scissors with them. I highly recommend!!
