- On May 30, 2024 I went to check in after having reserved a unit the day before & the representative didn't know how to check me in taking 30 minutes & still unable to do the job. Another male representative checked me in. Once I tried to access the gate the code didn't work. After finally getting inside there weren't any carts available to put items on, the unit is on the far side of the building & as a 66 yr.old lady with musculoskeletal issues this was hell on my body , the pain was excruciatingly overwhelming !!! I have had storage units in Florida where I'm from & I have never Once had to carry items from the car outside to the inside, one trip after another !! I'm at this time am not a very happy customer, period !!!
