- Staff was excellent. He was extremely helpful and kind. Could not have asked for better service. Even had the courtesy to call when he went to lunch so I didn’t show back up while he was gone.

- We get to the storage place. The gate entry was good. We couldn't get our storage unit opened. The lock was malfunctioning. We never got it to open. The only way to talk to someone was virtually in their office. We spent over an hour trying to open the lock code assigned to us . We finally got the lady on the virtual chat in the office to change our unit to another unit next to us. After changing units, that lock unlocked successfully. We were very tired and frustrated. It's very hard to that there was not a physical person on sight to assist us .It took way to long to get our problem solved. Because of the long delay we had to work in the dark to unload our big truck. The virtual lady Lee was trying her best to assist me, and very kind. Even with all the problems with our first impression of the storage place, it was of no fault to Lee that was trying to help with the situation.

We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving storage facilities throughout Georgia, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your local area does not always mean it is the best option for you. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Statesboro, Georgia.
- Storage unit's rates are based on a few features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- For commercial and business storage, many facilities offer larger unit sizes like 10x20 or 10x30, which are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis.
- Whether a facility offers climate controlled units or only a drive up unit. That will also determine the monthly rent. Usually, storage units which are climate controlled are more expensive than drive up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, and they provide you with your own personal access code to the storage facility. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up storage units for convenient loading and unloading, especially when storing heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Reach out to the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty during these times to help you with your storage questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, check for the property's phone number to reach the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
