- We were told the unit was climate controlled, doesn’t appear to be. Upon first opening the unit there were some bugs and lizards inside, but that is expected of an unsealed non-climate controlled unit. When I first arrived, the office was locked. I text the number on the door to make sure I didn’t need to check-in in-person on my first visit and got no response so I just proceeded to the unit.

- Guest were coming at the last minute needed somewhere to put things for a short few days decided to rent a storage space had noticed how clean the one was on Largo dr. I passed everyday on the way home. Called early Saturday morning the main number for reservations made one was surprised how great the price was!! Within 5 minutes I received a call from the local storage facility to welcome me to come on by and they (she) would get me setup and going she did!!! I was so happy with the deal I got I paid up the next month in advance. This was crazy considering I only needed it for a week

Rodent droppings ect. and it felt not as climate controlled as I thought it would. It will have to do. hope it will be evenly climatized come summer heat. I have items which certainly need a proper mid level temperTure and no moisture.Safety seems good. iI was alone there at late evening and I felt ok.
