- The location was a little hard to find because I used, Waze & Apple Maps. The facility is not in the location those two apps stated. The only app to get you directly there is Google Maps. After finally finding the location, I was able to access it after hours and pull up in front of the unit. However I did not find the lock that was supposed to be in the unit, luckily there was a place close to purchase one. I left a message about the lock and was able to get it during business hours. The unit is the right size for my needs. Theresa is very helpful and friendly, Everything else is fine.

- I rented a 10x15 controlled storage unit. First off, it took the front desk receptionist almost 45 minutes just to get my personal information loaded into the computer to print & sign the contract. It should not have taken that much time to enter an address, drivers license & renters insurance info. Then she took another 5 minutes to LOCATE a key for my unit because they didn’t seem to have an organized system at all. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go to your unit. There’s not one there & they certainly won’t allow you to use theirs. Pathetic. You will be told to walk to the gas station behind their office. Avoid the Chevron… its bathroom is disgusting! Use the other station that is a few more steps away. Then another kicker, the unit is located on a gravel lot along with a mechanic, body work shop of some sort with junky & broken down cars that clog up the aisles. It was very hard to maneuver around all the junk cars with a trailer. They also played loud music the whole time I was there. Being on a gravel lot made it VERY DUSTY & you will get dirty. You don’t want to drop anything on the ground bc it will be covered in a fine dust like volcano ash. I’m a lady & I prefer to be clean so that part was quite annoying to me m. I’m hopeful that I won’t have to file a claim of any sort on my belongings due to evidence of rat droppings that I discovered in my unit as I was moving in. For precautions & proof, I took pictures of the evidence.

The manager lives onsite and their were cameras around the facility. Although it doesn't have much visibility from the road (it is tucked between other business and is easy to miss), I had the exact address on my GPS and found it with no problem.
