- Reserved online Fri night, was confirmed Saturday morning by facility. Went in, process very easy and efficient. Taken to unit, very clean. Does require some form of insurance to cover items stored either through Homeowners or purchased insurance at property and a lock. Bought own lock but they sold one for 19.99 as well. First month was free and very satisfied with experience.

- This Storage Facility In Back Is Not Cool In The Summer. The Air Was Not On Any Time We Visited Our Unit Until We Arrived. Then The Air Would Turn On. Floors Are Not Clean, White Chalky Film. The Carts Available Are Filthy & Should Be Replaced. Security Cameras Are Only On The Ground Level As You Enter The Building. Our Rate Was Raised 15% After The First Year, Yet New Rates Were Lower Than Our Original Rate. The Bay Doors Were Left Up 24 Hours Many Times As They Were Not Repaired. We Had To Call Corporate Over 7 Times In Reference To The Lack Of A Secure Facility. The Lights In The Building Are On Timers, They Also Were Faulty & Would Not Come On At Night Several Times. An Older Woman Office Worker Gave Out Our Personal Information To A Third Party Solicitor During Our Day Of Departure. This Individual Interfered With Our Movers & We Had To Contact The Police. This Facility Was Not Professionally Operated During Our Time 2021-2022, Not Clean Nor In Working Order & Smells Like Rodent Odor & Poison.
