- DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have a rat infestation at store #151 4427 Tilly Mill Road Doravillle GA 30360. All of my property was damaged. I have damage to chairs, holes in boxes the size of two large grapefruits, bedding that is shredded to pieces, and droppings every where!!! As I go to write this review I find that this issue has been reported more than 9 months ago. This is absolutely unacceptable as a facility to have not treated or notified tenants of the problem. Now, my entire's life worth of things are ruined and irreplaceable. The store manager was not empathetic at all and was not helpful. I am in tears as I write this review. If I could leave no stars at all I absolutely would. Please save your items and yourself a heartbreak by doing yourself a favor by not storing here or any life storage facility for that matter!

- If there was a way to give 6 stars I would. I am a stickler for great customer service and I cannot say enough about the employees like Darlene and Vanessa (and of course the owner Richard) here! We're renting a large unit for virtually all of our belongings for a year, so having a high level of comfort is extremely important to us. The staff and owner are extremely professional, helpful, kind, and go ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did they make special accommodations before we moved in, but the day of the move was very stressful and Vanessa arranged a back up unit (without us even having to ask) when she noticed that everything might not fit in our unit. I received a follow up satisfaction call days later too. NOT TO MENTION that we have items shift in the unit that prevented us from opening the door --- and while my husband and I tried everything to get in, we were convinced we'd have to pay $1000 to have the door removed. EXECPT the owner (Richard) made a special trip to the unit without us even asking and HE GOT IT OPENED and saved the day. Talk about going above and beyond! Never thought I could say this, but I absolutely love this Public Storage!!!!!

- Great on the personal help. Not so great on the locking mechanism needing new cap bolts. Also power and lights are only on at night (Photo cell activated) and it is very dark in parts of a full unit during the day. I have only answered excellent as the personal there were very fast and friendly.
