- The storage I have is supposed to be climate controlled the moment I stepped in the facility it was hot, hotter than outside. No air conditioning coming from anywhere. On top of that I don’t believe anyone every goes through and gets rid of the spiders or webs because they were everywhere including inside my storage that should’ve been free from any insects. Kinda defeats the purpose of having climate controlled.

- Made a reservation online and once we got to the property Ms. Sharon was so nice. She answered all the questions she made us feel like we were already apart of the public storage family before we even committed to the unit. She explained everything as she went through it. I will definitely go back just to say hey to her when we leave the storage unit. The property was also nicely kept no trash or bugs the units have lights to use for when it's dark.
