- The customer service is spectacular. Barbara is amazing, she is very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions. The pricing online it said first month free and 25 dollar admin fee but the admin fee was 29 dollars so i was a little upset cause with insurance it came 41 dollars for the first month. But I like that it is climate controlled, it was very cool in the building and storage unit. I do think if i would have shopped around a little more i could have found better pricing but i was in a bind and Barbara was so kind to answer all my questions. The customer service really does make the company and Barbara is one of a kind.

She made the process very easy and was patient with all of my questions. When I came in, I met with Jo and she was great as well! She new I was on my lunch break so she was able to get me in and out with ease. Jo was also very informative and helpful, recommending products such as mattress covers (I was wondering where to buy these), boxes, tape guns, etc.. With all the other 5 star reviews, I am looking forward to having a great experience with this particular Public Storage.
