- Excellent initial conversation with your personnel on the phone. That gave me all the information I needed to follow through with reserving a storage unit. Then your property manager Catherine called me directly and finalized my reservation. She then met me at the location and personally showed me the unit, issued my lock and keys and introduced me to the coded gate system. I have been in and out 4 times now , in the last two days, and things are working out just fine for our move to the Decatur area. My thanks to Cat and her crew at Public Storage.
