- Today I came in looking for some boxes and prices on units. I had came in with the intention of not finding what I was looking for until Alyssa greeted me with a friendly smile and inquired what it was I needed. I told her I was new to the area and not only needed a unit and boxes but also if there was any job opportunity in this line of work. She immediately reassured me that I came to the right place! After showing me the unit and some box prices she Informed me that once I applied what to expect from the company. The way she had so much knowledge, professionalism and charisma I knew that the management must be very involved with their staff. She spoke very highly of the company and kept reassuring that renting from Public Storage would be my safest and most affordable route than any other competitor. I will be coming back to this location thanks to Ms. Alyssa! - I looked online to find a storage place. The 800 number that I called suggested Life storage. This was my first time hearing about this storage company. I made the reservation online. When I arrived at the storage place the young lady working in the office was really nice. She was very helpful with suggesting the right size storage that would be best for me. She drove me around the unit before I rented it to make sure it was enough space. The space was clean and climate-controlled. I would recommend this location/company to my friend's family if they ever need a storage facility.
