- Although I have paid my monthly rents on time and in full, their disorganized accounting department has me in default. My attempts to prove that I have paid my rents has been dismissed and, today, while I was in the office trying to settle my account, I learned that my unit was about to be auctioned--today. I just returned from 4 months travels, had received no notice of the impending auction, and, had I not been there in person, I would have come back to an empty unit. As it is, I am locked out of the gate until I come up with their extortionate "late" charges. Run. Don't walk. The prices look low, but you and your belongings are their hostages.

- You need to tell everyone how to open the roll up overhead door. Not nowing caused problem, anxiety, and extra time getting to unit on 2nd floor. Push down on handle, put fingers behind sliding lock area, slide lock to open, lift door. Easy when you know what to do.

- First impressions were absolutely awful!!!! First of all, my unit still had the previous tenants belongings in it & was not cleaned. I also purchased a cylinder lock online as well & I was under the impression that my lock was awaiting my arrival to my unit in my welcome bag. Needless to say no such welcome bag existed in my unit. This is a kiosk only location, but has a grounds manager. I spoke with 3 different live kiosk agents & the last agent TINA was extremely helpful. Tina finally after several attempts spoke with a manager named Alicia who was also very helpful. I was literally running from unit to unit by request of kiosk agents looking for a cylinder lock for my unit. Mind you I also had a U-Haul to unload & return by a certain time or otherwise charged last fees. After an hour of worrying & stressing over the situation, Alicia the location manager calls me & finally pointed me in the right direction of a cylinder lock. I was able to complete my task of moving in my unit after a long hot & sweaty delay. I was also compensated for the inconvenience & unprofessional experience at this location.
