- The facility is beautiful, clean and new. The elevators are large, BUT the doors close FAST and there is not enough time to load furniture without holding the door. One woman at the front desk kept yelling at us that we were holding the elevators and would not listen to us that the timing on the doors was too fast to fill the elevator from the moving truck. We ended up trying to take up one or two pieces at a time which was not efficient. More upsetting, though, was that the employee was rude, upsetting and very unsympathetic about the real problem we were having. She even threatened me with "If the elevator breaks, we will know who to come to". We were doing our best and even the movers we hired were shocked at her rudeness.

The gentleman that assisted me was very nice and enthusiastic, but there were issues with the new software and it took a long time to get the paperwork going. I had reserved a size over the phone and when I got there she asked me exactly what i would be storing and then we checked the size and she let me know it would not be big enough. - We drove to a nearby storage facility and we were appalled by the stench of urine and the unfriendly staff. This led us to checking out the Public Storage facility.
