- I came expecting to go thru the regular B. S. it takes to get a storage unit, and this was nothing of the sort. It was so easy to apply and store my belongings without signing my first born over or swearing and oath of fealty in blood. 🤫 The prices and service are amazeballs and my unit was ready without contact and clean as can be. Everything is new! The door in the back is broke so I have to walk the long way, but Bradenton homeless is rampant at every single storage, so the cameras and location keep that at bay. It's not their fault some idiot broke the door for the umteenth time. One bad apple..... 10 out of 10!!!!

- I reserved a unit online late Friday night, and when I showed up early Saturday morning Matthew had all the paperwork ready to go. He was very professional and courteous. He began by giving a small tour, explaining the use of the gate keypad and shuttled us to our unit. He let us look inside and made sure it was to our liking. He gave us a circular lock and explained how much the lock was and then, since we chose an outdoors unit, Matthew suggested a dampness control bucket and explained pricing. We then returned to the office to fill out paperwork. He explained the insurance tiers and prices, the rental agreement, answered my multitude of questions, and was generally VERY helpful. I highly recommend Matthew if you're looking for a helpful, courteous, and honest-to-goodness nice storage experience!

- Everything was fine until they told me about the insurance you are forced to buy. $12 a month. Waste of money. I am moving out after the first month. Did not give me a discount off the 1st month. Most other places are 1/2 price 1st month. One is 1/2 price first 3 months. Great manager and a nice place to store you stuff but to costly. Also if you follow some one in the gate without putting your code in the gate will stay open forever. I did it Sunday. Then I waited and put in my code to get the gate to close. They need to fix that.

- No one has taken the time to repair the door into the "D" building. I have to jerk it open every time I need to store something in my space. It would appear that appear that is "GOOD ENOUGH" for our clients and OK with the manage and is accepted as OK and doesn't need to be fixed. I know it is not money that is short, just the will to care if everything is up to good standards. So let me know whe you plan on FIXING IT!
